Getting a set to your grass

Every set on this site is dispatched by the seller handling that listing, not from our workshop directly. The delivery estimate shown on the listing at the moment you order is the one that applies — we cannot promise a date on their behalf and would rather say so than invent one.

What arrives is one box per set, heavier than it looks: sixty planed blocks weigh what sixty planed blocks weigh. The carry bag is inside the box with the blocks packed loose in it.

Open it on a hard floor and count the blocks before the first game. A short count is the one problem that is easy to fix on the day it lands and awkward to raise three weekends later.

If a block arrived split or a corner is chipped, photograph it where it sits. That photo is what the seller's replacement process runs on.
