Sending a set back

Returns are handled by whoever sold you the set, under the policy shown on that listing. The usual window on these is thirty days from delivery, but read the one on your order rather than ours — policies differ between sellers and change.

Repacking is simpler than it looks. The blocks go back in the carry bag loose, the bag goes back in the original box, and the box takes the weight fine if you tape the base seam twice.

Greying wood is not a defect and does not need returning. Unfinished pine darkens outdoors within a season — that is the material behaving normally.

A single split or chipped block usually does not need the whole set to go back. Ask the seller for a replacement block first; most will send one rather than process a return on sixty pieces of timber.
